Greg Leekley, CEO/PhoenixBay & Open Finance Network Greg Leekley is CEO of PhoenixBay Group, architect and developer of Open Finance Network, a leading "open finance" solution for independent financial advisors. Open Finance Network has recently launched into operation mode, servicing an alpha group of clients with assets under management in excess of $700 million. It is the first company to facilitate the integration of best-in-class, front-to-back office technology platforms in an open-architected environment. Prior to founding PhoenixBay, Greg was the founder and CEO of TeamVest, the fastest-growing turnkey 401(k) provider in the country, as ranked by Pension & Investments (2001). At TeamVest, he had extensive experience with back-office implementation and administration in the 401(k) space. Greg also led one of the first transactional 401(k) advice solutions and launched the first collaborative 401(k) call center in the industry. Greg managed the development of the online investment advice solution for Quicken.com, which was separately ranked as a Top 100 web site by Yahoo! for the year 2001, and given rave reviews in the national press as a glimpse of the future of personal finance. He is a frequent speaker at national events involving technology strategies and solutions affecting the financial services industry. Greg has retained Helixx to help him position and capitalize PhoenixBay and its Open Finance Network as a launch initiative for his life stewardship strategy. Helixx is assisting Greg and his executive team in mobilizing the company's Board of Directors, a blue chip advisory team, and a cluster of client-partners that accelerate the growth of the firm's base of assets under management and services capacity. Jeff Reed, Founder and CEO of BILD International Jeff Reed is internationally recognized as a pioneer in developing leadership and worldview training programs aimed at equipping community leaders to serve and influence their cultures in a transformational way. He is best known for his work in championing a revolutionary "paradigm shift" in the way that theological education is both organized and delivered through local churches worldwide. Jeff is the founder and CEO of BILD International, which supports a network of more than 100,000 trainees worldwide with a staff of 50 trained professionals affiliated with the BILD Resource Center in Ames, Iowa. He has taught church-based theological education seminars throughout the United States and in more than 30 countries, and has helped establish leadership training programs in 16 of those countries. Jeff is the author of BILD's Leadership Series, a comprehensive 25-course theological education and leadership training curriculum; The Paradigm Papers: New Paradigms for the Postmodern Church; The First Principles Series; and several life development resources published under the Life(n) imprint. In addition, he helped found and has served in various pastoral roles during a 30-year period at Oakwood Road Church. He and his wife Nancy have two children, Anna and Jonathan, and four grandchildren. Jeff has retained The Helixx Group to serve as his agent in helping to: (1) extend the reach of his publication interests, (2) develop Life(n) media properties that communicate strategies and expressions of "life stewardship in community"; and (3) enhance his lifework legacy through the development of the BILD ministry and other initiatives. Art Miller, Founder, People Management International Art Miller is one of the world's foremost authorities on the nature of the person. Studying the design and giftedness of individuals over a span of 45 years, he and his colleagues have interviewed more than 60,000 business and social achievers, archived the findings, and developed a "System for Identifying Motivated Abilities" (SIMAź) as the centerpiece of his lifework. Art is founder of People Management International (PMI). PMI is a network of human resource consulting organizations that provide acquisition, management and career development services based on the identification of individual giftedness and motivation. Art has counseled executives, scientists, artists and engineers employed in prestigious organizations in this country and abroad, including some of our day's most prominent social and business entrepreneurs. Art is the author of several books relating to the subject of giftedness: The Truth About You, Finding A Job You Can Love, and Why You Can't Be Anything You Want To Be. His articles have appeared in publications around the world. For several years, his signature essay on giftedness, "Discover Your Design," was the lead article in The College Placement Annual, distributed to over 1,300 colleges and millions of students. He has been a speaker and presenter at national and regional conferences and workshops sponsored by the AMA, Management Center Europe (Brussels), International Business Communications (London), and a host of others. Art has also served in executive roles for the University of Chicago, Raytheon and Combustion Engineering. His corporate consulting experience includes assignments for NASA, IBM, DuPont, Merck, New York Life, Exxon, Dow and numerous religious, educational and governmental organizations. Art has his Bachelor of Science and juris Doctor of Law degrees from Northwestern University. Now 82, he is working with Helixx to organize and market his intellectual property, and to help launch his magnum opus, entitled Designed for Life. He and his wife, a poet, live in Washington, Connecticut.
