Greg Leekley, CEO/PhoenixBay & Open Finance Network

Greg Leekley is CEO of PhoenixBay Group, architect and developer of Open Finance Network, a leading "open finance" solution for independent financial advisors. Open Finance Network has recently launched into operation mode, servicing an alpha group of clients with assets under management in excess of $700 million. It is the first company to facilitate the integration of best-in-class, front-to-back office technology platforms in an open-architected environment.

Prior to founding PhoenixBay, Greg was the founder and CEO of TeamVest, the fastest-growing turnkey 401(k) provider in the country, as ranked by Pension & Investments (2001). At TeamVest, he had extensive experience with back-office implementation and administration in the 401(k) space. Greg also led one of the first transactional 401(k) advice solutions and launched the first collaborative 401(k) call center in the industry.

Greg managed the development of the online investment advice solution for Quicken.com, which was separately ranked as a Top 100 web site by Yahoo! for the year 2001, and given rave reviews in the national press as a glimpse of the future of personal finance. He is a frequent speaker at national events involving technology strategies and solutions affecting the financial services industry.

Greg has retained Helixx to help him position and capitalize PhoenixBay and its Open Finance Network as a launch initiative for his life stewardship strategy. Helixx is assisting Greg and his executive team in mobilizing the company's Board of Directors, a blue chip advisory team, and a cluster of client-partners that accelerate the growth of the firm's base of assets under management and services capacity.

Jeff Reed, Founder and CEO of BILD International

Jeff Reed is internationally recognized as a pioneer in developing leadership and worldview training programs aimed at equipping community leaders to serve and influence their cultures in a transformational way. He is best known for his work in championing a revolutionary "paradigm shift" in the way that theological education is both organized and delivered through local churches worldwide.

Jeff is the founder and CEO of BILD International, which supports a network of more than 100,000 trainees worldwide with a staff of 50 trained professionals affiliated with the BILD Resource Center in Ames, Iowa. He has taught church-based theological education seminars throughout the United States and in more than 30 countries, and has helped establish leadership training programs in 16 of those countries.

Jeff is the author of BILD's Leadership Series, a comprehensive 25-course theological education and leadership training curriculum; The Paradigm Papers: New Paradigms for the Postmodern Church; The First Principles Series; and several life development resources published under the Life(n) imprint. In addition, he helped found and has served in various pastoral roles during a 30-year period at Oakwood Road Church. He and his wife Nancy have two children, Anna and Jonathan, and four grandchildren.

Jeff has retained The Helixx Group to serve as his agent in helping to: (1) extend the reach of his publication interests, (2) develop Life(n) media properties that communicate strategies and expressions of "life stewardship in community"; and (3) enhance his lifework legacy through the development of the BILD ministry and other initiatives.

Randy Pattison, CEO / Community Trust & Investment

Randy Pattison is applying his background in financial services and his keen interest in stewardship to create innovative trust services on a national scale.

Randy is a "serial entrepreneur." After graduating from college, he established and built a successful communication technology and distribution firm that grew to more than $20 million in gross annual sales. After selling that company to a minority partner, he created Midwest Capital Management, a Registered Investment Advisor with about $50 million under management, to administer personal wealth and trust investments.

In March of 2000, Randy then partnered with his father, Myron, to purchase Community Trust and Investment Company, an independent trust company chartered by the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions. Community Trust currently has three offices in Indiana with approximately $500 million under trust. The company assists financial advisors and corporations in need of trust and financial investment services, and is in the process of developing a national reach and charter.

Born and raised in Crawfordsville, Indiana, Randy graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing and holds the Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 Certifications. He recently completed his Masters degree in Theological Studies as well. He is married and the father of four children. He is actively involved in the leadership at Horizon Christian Fellowship in Indianapolis and has served on the boards of Sycamore School, Horizon Christian School, and the United Way of Central Indiana. He enjoys golf, skiing, and is a volunteer youth soccer coach.

Randy has retained The Helixx Group as his agent with the following primary goals: (1) to provide counsel regarding the intersection of his personal life stewardship goals and his business-building agenda; (2) to help create a national reach and scale for Community Trust, through various alliance and positioning strategies; and (3) establishing a profile for Randy in the area of stewardship strategy and services.
